So. Hot. Out. It's in the 90's here today so I figured a good way to cool down a bit was to make a cold, delicious smoothie! This one is for a strawberry, blueberry, and banana smoothie.
Ingredients:
1/8 cup milk (whatever kind you prefer)
1/2 cup plain (or vanilla) yogurt
1 whole banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
pinch of cinnamon to taste (optional)

First, I put the milk, yogurt, banana, and blueberries in the blender to blend until smooth. (I didn't have frozen blueberries which is why I included them in the first step instead) Then I add the frozen strawberries and blend again until smooth. You should really try to use both frozen blueberries and strawberries.
If you use the frozen blueberries as the recipe calls for, add milk, yogurt, and banana and blend until smooth. When blended, add blueberries, strawberries, and cinnamon and blend again until smooth. Enjoy!!
